Davie Searches Both Ways.

Davie never let South Florida flatten it into another suburb. The western-themed storefronts along Davie Road are backed by the real thing: the Bergeron Rodeo Grounds still hosts the Davie Pro Rodeo, agricultural zoning still protects horse farms and nurseries, and the town maintains a network of more than 165 miles of equestrian trails. Citrus groves covered thousands of acres here in the 1940s, and that heritage shapes how the town zones, builds, and sees itself today.

Then there is the other Davie. Nova Southeastern University, the largest private nonprofit university in Florida with roughly 21,000 students, anchors the eastern side of town as part of an education corridor that few suburbs anywhere can match. Add about 110,000 residents with a median household income near $87,000, and you have a market that ranges from ranch owners pricing barn repairs to graduate students looking for coffee and car repair, all searching Google in very different ways.

Davie also sits in the path of heavy pass-through search. State Road 84 and University Drive carry customers from Plantation, Cooper City, and Southwest Ranches, and town lines mean little to a searcher.
