I started this because I kept meeting business owners around Brevard County who were great at what they do but completely invisible online. Not because their business wasn't good enough. Because nobody took the time to get the basics right. Their Google listing was half-finished, their website hadn't been touched in years, or they were paying an agency in another state that couldn't tell the difference between Melbourne, Florida and Melbourne, Australia.
Before this, I spent years at Intel in operations and data analysis. The kind of work where you measure everything, fix what's broken, and prove it worked. That's the same approach I bring here. No guessing. Just clear priorities and steady improvement.
