What's Included
What Every Small Business Website Includes
Custom Design
Built for you, not a theme you edit.
No template kits. Your services, your photos, your towns, laid out so the phone number is the first thing a visitor finds.
Tap-to-Call and Forms
A number in the header on every page.
Tap-to-call within thumb reach, a short quote form as the fallback, and tracking on both so you know which pages ring.
A Page per Service and City
One real page per real offer.
Starter covers 1 to 5 pages, Business 5 to 10, each written for one service or one town. Never copy-paste city pages.
Mobile Speed
Fast on a Florida phone.
Images sized for phones, no scripts that block the page, and a Core Web Vitals check before launch.
Basic SEO Setup and Schema
Code that explains your business.
Titles, descriptions, a sitemap, and LocalBusiness and Service structured data that search engines and AI assistants read.
Analytics and Search Console
Counting from day one.
Google Analytics 4 and Search Console set up and verified in your account, so the first week's calls and clicks are already recorded.
Process
How the Build Works: Live in 2 to 5 Days
Discovery Call
Which services and which towns produce the jobs you want, what customers ask on the phone, and what the current site does.
Layout
You see the home page and one service page on your phone and approve or change them before anything else is built.
Build and Copy
Every page written and built, schema and tracking installed, photos sized, speed checked on a mobile test.
Launch
Domain pointed, redirects from old URLs in place, Search Console verified, call tracking live. You get the logins.

The Domain, the Files, and the Logins Are Yours
Plenty of Florida web design companies keep the domain, the hosting, or the source files, so leaving them means starting over. Here the domain is registered to you, the files sit in an account you control, and the hosting login is handed over at launch. If the site stops earning its keep, you take it and go.
Ready for Florida Seasons
A Florida service business does not have a flat year. Roofers surge through hurricane season, pool companies spike in summer, and med spas fill up when the snowbirds arrive. The site is ready for the surge: an emergency call button above the fold, seasonal service pages that already exist when demand hits, and pages fast enough for someone searching from a phone in a parking lot.
Brevard County

Web Design in Titusville and Brevard County
Our office is in Titusville, so a Titusville owner can call, stop by and see the person building the site. We build for businesses in Titusville, Melbourne, Palm Bay, Cocoa, Rockledge and Merritt Island too, with a page for each service and each town you serve, written the way your customers search.
Search and AI
Built So Google and AI Assistants Can Read It
The sites that rank already carry structured data, and most local sites do not. Every build ships with LocalBusiness, Service, and FAQ schema, one clear page per service, and the name, address, and phone written the same way as on your Google Business Profile. No ranking is promised; the site hands Google and the assistants the facts they need.

FAQ
Small Business Web Design in Florida, Questions Answered Straight
Who is the best web design company in Florida for local businesses?
Judge it on evidence, not a badge. L3ad Solutions makes the shortlist for a Florida service business that needs a site to produce calls. The field is weak: in our Space Coast audit of 97 businesses (March 2026), 64.9% had a website, 1 of those 63 sites passed Core Web Vitals, and 25.8% carried structured data. A site we built for a six-office Florida handyman company scored 93 on Google's mobile PageSpeed test (September 2026) and logged 78 quote requests and 52 call taps in its first weeks live. The prices are published, the build is a one-time fee, and the domain and files are yours. Ask any other studio for the same three things: a speed score, a call count, and a price.
How much does a small business website cost in Florida?
Our Starter site is $1,500 one time for 1 to 5 pages, and the Business site is $3,000 for 5 to 10 pages. Other Florida studios, as listed on their own sites in October 2026: SoFlaWeb charges $150 an hour with a $6,000 minimum project, Succeeding Small lists a $2,500 starter site, and HostSB lists a $999 starter for up to 5 pages. Florida pricing guides put a basic small business site at $2,000 to $5,000 (Skyway Media, St. Petersburg), $1,500 to $3,000 (DOT IT), $4,500 to $6,000 for 8 to 16 pages (M5 Design Studio, Orlando), and $3,000 to $10,000 in Miami (2marketing). Prices change, so confirm on each company's page.
How long does it take to build a small business website?
Both packages go live in 2 to 5 days on average. The clock starts when we have your services, towns, hours, photos, and domain login; a 10-page build or copy that still needs writing takes longer, and you get the date up front. Other Florida studios list 2 to 3 weeks (Final Web Design) and 4 to 8 weeks (Succeeding Small).
What is included in the price?
Starter: 1 to 5 pages with responsive design, mobile optimization, contact form integration, basic SEO setup (titles, descriptions, a sitemap, and LocalBusiness and Service schema), and Google Analytics. Business adds 5 to 10 pages, blog setup and design, service or product pages, and speed optimization. Both include tap-to-call with tracking, Search Console verification, and the logins handed over at launch.
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, the files sit in an account you control, and the hosting login is handed over at launch. Nothing is rented, and nothing is held back if you leave.
What does the site cost after launch?
Hosting and support are quoted per site, because a 5-page brochure and a 10-page site with a blog need different amounts of care; there is no fixed list price yet. You can host anywhere you like, since you own the files. For comparison, SoFlaWeb lists hosting at $95 to $120 a month and Succeeding Small lists care plans at $75 and $175 a month (October 2026).
Do I need a new website or can you fix my current one?
We audit first. A sound site with slow pages, missing schema, or thin service pages gets fixed; a site on old tech with dead URLs and no analytics gets rebuilt. The handyman company's old site had 407 archived URLs, 226 dead URLs, and an analytics tag that stopped recording in 2023, so it was rebuilt with 79 redirect rules to keep what it had earned. You get the recommendation either way.
Will my website load fast on a phone?
It is checked on Google's mobile PageSpeed test before launch, and you see the score. For context, the Space Coast median mobile score is 48, the average largest-content load is about 4 seconds, and none of the 63 local sites with a website scored 90 or more (97 businesses, March 2026); the handyman site we built scored 93 in September 2026. We do not promise a number for your site before it is built, because photos, embeds, and third-party widgets change it.
Can you build a site optimized around phone calls?
Yes, that is the default. The number sits in the header on every page and is tap-to-call on phones, a short quote form is the fallback, each service and town gets its own page, and call taps and form sends are recorded per page in Google Analytics 4. The handyman site logged 78 quote requests in its first 33 days live and 52 call taps in the four weeks after call tracking went on (August 17, 2026).
Do you write the content?
We draft the page copy from the discovery call: your services, the towns you cover, your prices where you share them, and the questions customers ask on the phone. You supply photos, license numbers, and hours, and you approve every page before launch. Copy you already have is used where it is good.
Is a custom site worth more than a Wix or Squarespace one?
For a business that wants calls from search, usually yes. A builder site is fine for a brochure, and a slow one costs you calls: the Space Coast median mobile speed score was 48, nearly two thirds of sites scored below 50, and none of the 63 sites with a website scored 90 or more in March 2026. A custom build is checked for speed and ships with LocalBusiness schema and a page per service, which most builder templates leave out.
Will the site help me show up in Google and in AI answers?
It gives them what they read. Among 3,073 top-ranked Florida sites in 93 cities, 74.4% carry structured data (2026), and Brevard map pack sites carry it at 45% against 12% of the rest. Every build ships with LocalBusiness, Service, and FAQ schema, one clear page per service, and a name, address, and phone that match your Google Business Profile. Ranking also depends on reviews and profile work, so no position is promised; local SEO is a separate plan.
