L3ad Solutions LLC provides SEO, web design, digital marketing, and related services as outlined in your specific service agreement or package selection.
The scope of work, deliverables, and timeline will be clearly defined before any work begins. Any changes to the agreed scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. For monthly services, payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Monthly services: Billed at the start of each month
- Project work: 50% deposit, 50% upon completion
- Late payments may result in service suspension
3. Cancellation Policy
We don't believe in trapping clients with long-term contracts. You can cancel your monthly services at any time with 30 days written notice.
Upon cancellation, you retain ownership of any content, designs, or assets we created specifically for your business (excluding proprietary tools and processes).
4. Results Disclaimer
While we work diligently to improve your online visibility and generate leads, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes.
SEO and marketing results depend on many factors including competition, market conditions, and search engine algorithm changes. We provide transparent reporting so you can track progress.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful outcomes, clients agree to:
- Provide timely access to accounts, content, and feedback
- Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes
- Maintain accurate business information
- Communicate any concerns or issues promptly
6. Intellectual Property
Custom content, designs, and materials created specifically for your business become your property upon full payment.
L3ad Solutions LLC retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, processes, and methodologies used to deliver services. We may showcase work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
L3ad Solutions LLC's liability is limited to the fees paid for services during the relevant service period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for third-party platform changes (Google algorithm updates, social media policy changes, etc.) that may impact results.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your business information, strategies, and data as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., submitting your business to directories) or as required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
