Policy
Effective Date: February 11, 2026
We believe in being upfront about how we handle your data. This policy explains what we collect through our website, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
Quick Summary
Here's the short version:
Information We Collect
When you visit our website or contact us, we may collect the following types of information:
Information you provide directly:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Company name and website URL
- Service area and message content from contact forms
Information collected automatically when you visit:
- Device and browser information (type, operating system, screen size)
- IP-derived location data (city-level, not your exact address)
- Pages you visit, how long you stay, and how you got here
- Referral source (search engine, social media, direct link)
- Demographics and interests (for users signed into Google; see Google Signals section below)
- Automatically-detected user-provided data in hashed form (see below)
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our website. This helps us see which pages are most useful, where our traffic comes from, and how we can make the site better for you.
GA4 uses an event-based tracking model, which means it records specific actions rather than just page views. Through GA4's Enhanced Measurement features, we automatically track:
- Page views and scroll depth
- Outbound link clicks
- Site search queries
- File downloads
- Video engagement
GA4 also collects granular location and device data, including city-level location and detailed device information (device model, operating system, screen resolution). This is enabled across all regions and helps us understand how our site performs on different devices and for visitors in different areas.
Google Signals & Cross-Device Tracking
We have Google Signals enabled on our analytics property. This is a Google feature that provides additional insights about our audience, including demographics (age, gender) and interests.
Google Signals works by associating your visit to our site with your Google account data, but only if you are signed into a Google account and have Ads Personalization turned on in your Google settings. If those conditions are met, Google may use this data for cross-device reporting (connecting your visits across your phone, tablet, and computer) and to inform advertising features.
You can control or disable this at any time: Manage your Google Ads Personalization settings →
User-Provided Data Collection
We have enabled Google's user-provided data collection feature. This means that information you enter on our site (such as an email address in a contact form) may be automatically detected by Google Analytics and collected in hashed (encrypted) form.
Google uses this hashed data to improve measurement accuracy and help us understand how well our marketing efforts are working. The data is not stored in a way that personally identifies you within Google Analytics. It is used in aggregate form only.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Our site uses the following cookies:
_ga
Google Analytics cookie used to distinguish unique visitors. Expires after 2 years.
_ga_<container-id>

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. See the Your Rights & How to Opt Out section below for more options.

Data Retention
Google Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. After this period, user-level and event-level data is automatically deleted from Google's servers. Aggregated reports that cannot identify individuals may be retained longer.
Contact form submissions and other information you provide directly are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill our business relationship and legal obligations, or until you request deletion.

We share data with the following third-party services to operate our website and business:
