Question 1

What is in the Get Found bundle?

Get Found is $450 a month for Local SEO Starter and Google Business Profile Starter, which cost $500 bought separately. The SEO half covers local keyword research and targeting for 5 keywords, on-page work on 5 core pages, citation building and NAP consistency at 10 a month, 2 blog posts a month, monthly ranking and call tracking reports and a quarterly strategy call. The profile half covers 4 posts a month, review monitoring with response templates, photo optimization and a monthly performance report.

It fits a single location in a smaller market that is not yet in the map pack. The $250 profile setup is billed once, before the first month.

Question 2

What is in the Get Growing bundle?

Get Growing is $1,200 a month for Local SEO Growth, Google Business Profile Growth and Social Media Starter, which cost $1,350 bought separately. The SEO half tracks 15 keywords, works 15 pages, builds 25 citations a month, publishes 4 blog posts a month, adds basic link building and sends weekly ranking and call tracking reports with a monthly strategy call. The profile half posts 8 times a month, replies to reviews, manages Q&A, builds citations, watches competitors and reports every two weeks. The social half runs 2 platforms with 12 posts a month, custom graphics, a content calendar, hashtag research and basic community management.

It fits a crowded trade or a business with more than one location, where the typical top listing already holds hundreds of reviews.

Question 3

Is email marketing in the bundle?

No. Email, lead nurture and content strategy sit in the Marketing plan, which is added to either bundle. Marketing Starter is $400 a month: email campaign setup and management at 2 campaigns a month, a content calendar and strategy, lead nurture sequences, a monthly marketing analytics report, landing page recommendations and a quarterly strategy call. Marketing Growth is $750 a month and adds 4 campaigns a month, marketing automation sequences, A/B testing on subject lines and calls to action, conversion tracking and attribution, and a strategy call every two weeks.

The order matters: the bundle brings the first call, and the Marketing plan follows up the people who visited and did not book.

Question 4

What is not in any bundle?

Web design ($1,500 one time for a 1 to 5 page site, $3,000 for 5 to 10 pages), advertising management ($400 or $750 a month plus the ad spend, which stays in your own accounts), AI search optimization ($350 or $650 a month) and AI automation ($350 setup plus $75 a month, or $750 setup plus $150 a month) are each priced on their own.

Any of them can be combined with a bundle in a Build Your Own plan, and the bundle discount still applies. The combination is scoped after the free audit, so the quote lists the tasks before the number.

Question 5

Is there a setup fee?

On the bundles, one: $250 one time for the Google Business Profile build, which covers full profile setup and verification, category and attribute optimization, photo guidance and the first upload, the business description and the first three posts. The Marketing plans and the local SEO plans carry no setup fee. AI automation is the exception in the price list, priced as a setup fee plus a small monthly amount.

Ask any provider the same question in writing. A fee that appears after the first call was not a published price.

Question 6

Who owns the website, the accounts and the profile?

You do. The domain, the website, the Google Business Profile, the tracking numbers and the ad accounts are registered to you from day one. If you leave, everything built stays live and stays yours: the pages, the profile, the citations, the technical fixes. The active work stops and nothing is held.

The handoff is done for you: ownership, passwords, files, and a written note of what was done and what to keep doing. Billing is monthly with no minimum term.

Question 7

How does a bundle compare with a typical Florida marketing retainer?

On price, a bundle is a fraction of the retainers other companies print. On October 10, 2026, LYFE Marketing put a small-business retainer at $2,500 to $7,500 a month, Citypeak listed packages at $2,350, $4,295 and $6,495 a month, and Media Search Group in Orlando started single services at $149 a month. Our May 2026 Florida marketing cost report puts full-service retainers at $1,500 to $10,000 a month.

On scope, a $450 bundle is not a full-service retainer. It buys the listed SEO and profile work, and the Marketing plan adds the follow-up. Compare the task list in each quote before you compare the number.

Question 8

Which bundle fits my business?

Get Found for one location in a market where the top listings hold under 100 reviews. Get Growing for a crowded trade or several locations: in the typical Florida city the top HVAC listing holds 276 reviews and the top plumber 119 (top 20 per trade, 93 cities, 2026), and the extra posts, citations and link building are what close that gap.

Either way, add the Marketing plan once leads are arriving but not all of them book. A list of past customers is the cheapest lead source a local business has.
